Fireworks Cupcakes

Instructions:

Reynolds® Baked for You® Baking Cups (Fireworks)
Reynolds®  Cut-Rite®  Wax Paper
1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 package (14 ounces) white candy melts
1/2 cup each red, white and blue coarse decorating sugar
1 container (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
1/4 cup red, white and blue star cake decors
 
LINE 2 cookie sheets with Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper.
 
MELT the white candy melts in a medium bowl in the microwave, 
stirring frequently, until smooth, about 1 minute.
 
SPOON some of the melted candy into a freezer weight resealable bag. Snip a small, (1/16th inch) from one corner.
 
PIPE lines of chocolate to look like fireworks about 3 inches long. While the candy is still wet, sprinkle the top with either blue or red decorating sugar. Repeat to make about 48 of each color. Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.
 
SPREAD the top of each cupcake with vanilla frosting.
 
SPRINKLE the tops with the white sugar and star decors.
 
CAREFULLY PEEL the sugared candy melts from the wax paper and arrange 3 to 4 on top of each cupcake.
