Heart-Shaped Mini Birthday Cakes


What you need:

Reynolds® Baked for You™ Baking Cups (Hearts)
1 package (18.25 oz.) cake mix
1 container (16 oz.) ready-to-spread white or chocolate frosting
Food coloring of your choice
Decorating icings and cake deocarations of your choice
Optional: Birthday Candle

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.  Place Reynolds Heart-Shaped Baking Cups on 2 cookie sheets with sides; set aside.

PREPARE cake mix following package directions for 24 cupcakes.  Spoon cake batter into baking cups.

BAKE 20-25 minutes.  Cool completely.

TINT frosting to your color of choice. We used pink.

TURN mini-cakes out of baking cups by tearing/peeling away foil.

FROST on top and sides as you would a cake.

DECORATE.  We chose to sprinkle mini sugar hearts and add a candle.
