Heart-Shaped Jell-O® No-Bake Cheesecakes


What you need:

12 Reynolds® Baked for You™ Baking Cups (Hearts)
1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) Jell-O® No-Bake Real Cheesecake
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Optional: Fresh berries, mint garnish

Instructions:

PLACE Baked for You™ Heart-Shaped Baking Cups on a cookie sheet with sides. Spray with nonstick spray; set aside.
 
MIX Crust Mix, sugar and butter until well blended.  Set aside.

BEAT milk and Filling Mix with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened.  Beat on medium speed 3 minutes (filling will be thick.) 

SPOON about 1/4 cup cheesecake mixture into each baking cup.  Spread remaining crust mixture evenly over cheesecake mixture in baking cups. 

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.  Invert cheesecakes onto serving plates.   Store any leftover cheesecakes in refrigerator.

TOP with fresh fruit and garnishes just before serving.
